If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Swandeals will issue you a refund.

If the product offered by the website itself is not as described in case your sole remedy is to return the product in an unused condition in conjunction with the return policy
You can exchange any order of returnable items within 7 working days from the date of delivery at any of our retail stores or you can ship it back to us. All exchanges must be unworn and unused.
